Any issue with your order must be reported within 48 hours to 7 days of delivery, depending on your business policy. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Once a refund request is submitted, our team may ask for clear photos, videos, packaging details, and invoice proof to verify the issue before approving the request.
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on banking and payment gateway timelines.
If the return is due to our error, damaged item, or incorrect shipment, return shipping may be covered by us. In other eligible cases, the customer may be required to bear the return shipping cost.
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the order will be handled under the return/refund eligibility terms.
